Approvals and scope
Production proceeds against approved drawings, samples or written scope. Changes after approval may affect time and cost.
Natural stone and client-supplied material
Veins, fissures, micro-cracks, shade, mineral and surface variation are natural characteristics and do not automatically constitute a defect. Client-supplied stone, especially material with pre-existing cracks or internal weakness, is machined only with explicit acceptance of the associated risk.
Manufacturing, delivery and installation
CNC machining, packaging, loading, transport, unloading and installation are subject to the agreed scope. Delivery estimates may change for material, approval, transport or client-caused reasons.
Payments, liability and disputes
Payment stages, cancellation, rework, intellectual property, photography permissions, force majeure and liability limits must be set out in the project agreement. Applicable law and dispute process should be confirmed by counsel before publication.
